We are looking for teachers to join us in providing the very best wedding dance tuition.  We wish to expand our base to outside of Brisbane.  We often get enquiries from interstate, particularly from Sydney and Melbourne, but also from regional areas.

Opportunities for You...

Wedding Steps provides dance teaching mainly to beginner dancers, either in their home or in a private studio.  Clients usually need lessons in the evenings or on weekends.

Wedding Steps is fairly new and operates only in Brisbane at present.  We are growing rapidly and need teachers to cover areas such as Northern Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and the Gold Coast.  We often get enquiries from Sydney, Melbourne and elsewhere in Australia.

Its business model is simple, ethical and robust.   It can suit those already experienced in running their own business, and also those who are new to it.  

The Wedding Steps brand name is professional, and its business operating systems are well-designed and quality-based. 

Our tools-of-the-trade are very simple and inexpensive - we just need music and a suitable space.  A teacher can get by just with a normal laptop PC and an Internet connection.

We provide all training in business systems, teaching methodology, and dance syllabus.  Ongoing performance appraisal, coaching and mentoring are key to the success of our team, and our business.

You can become a teacher, providing client-home-delivered lessons in your area.  If you have a suitable space at your own home, you can teach studio lessons there if the client prefers.  Else we can provide a suitable space.

You can also build your own Wedding Steps business unit as a distinct part of our growing organisation.  For example you may wish to pioneer our services in another city, before we are ready to do so ourselves.

The Wedding Steps group conducts a centralised marketing campaign, currently focussed in Brisbane, but with a highly successful Internet-based presence attracting interstate leads.

The group maintains a centralised contact point, and list of clients and will allocate leads, prospects, and clients to teachers on a basis of location and availability.

Teachers are given the option of developing leads and prospects into clients, and are rewarded for these successes.  Else the central group will take this role of developing leads into clients, after which teachers are allocated lesson appointments.

Remuneration is generous and recognises the fact that the teacher is the face, heart and soul of Wedding Steps.  Without good teachers we cannot provide the service we wish to.  We expect the best from our teachers and pay them accordingly.
